What Will Be Your Day-to-Day Tasks?- Assist managers in the smooth running of facilities and estates contracts across the region.
- Monitor and record contractor performance, ensuring tasks and repairs are completed on time.
- Help collate financial information and budget tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of out-of-hours call-outs and additional works.
- Keep task logs, systems, and registers up to date.
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance activity.
- Contribute to best practice and ensuring consistency across regions.
