Are you a confident HLTA with a passion for supporting learning across the whole school?
We're working with a diverse and inclusive primary school in Bordesley Green who are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to deliver PPA cover and targeted academic interventions. You'll be leading lessons across different year groups and supporting pupils who need extra help to reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering planned lessons during PPA
- Running booster sessions
- Supporting children's academic and personal development
- Liaising with teaching staff to ensure consistent progress
- Maintaining a calm, structured learning environment
You Will Need:
- HLTA status or relevant experience leading lessons
- Ability to manage a class confidently across age groups
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and positive mindset
