Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the smooth running of our growing property business. You’ll play an important role in keeping our systems, bookings, and paperwork in order, working closely with the directors and property managers.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle general admin tasks including filing, record keeping, and correspondence
Assist with property bookings, guest communications, and updating booking platforms
Prepare and send receipts, tenancy documents, and contracts
Support with invoices and supplier coordination
Keep track of maintenance schedules and update records
Provide day-to-day support across the company’s property portfolio

About You:
Highly organised with attention to detail
Comfortable with IT systems (Word, Excel, email, booking platforms)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Previous admin experience preferred but not essential
