Summary
Housing Repairs and maintenance manager needed in Rotherham, £25.79ph - Reference: 000A 43F9 / 1
You will be responsible for managing a team of technical staff responsible for responsive repairs, urgent repairs, non-urgent planned repairs, disrepair, damp, mould, voids, cyclical works and capital investment works.
You will work collaboratively with multiple contractors delivering various workstreams to ensure our properties are safe and well maintained. To be considered for this role it is essential that you have extensive experience and knowledge of building construction and property maintenance including performance management and partnership working.
Will ideally have previously worked in a local authority
Hybrid 3 days onsite.
Basic DBS required.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
