Summary
Overview of the Role:
As our Pre-School Teacher or Early Years Lead you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to creating a positive and engaging learning environment aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Lead on embedding the EYFS curriculum to create a stimulating, rigorous and challenging learning environment in our Pre-School room
• Planning for the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum which meets the needs of all children
• Plan and implement a broad range and balanced age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in the EYFS meeting the needs of all children.
• Clear understanding of the statutory requirements of current legislation including SEN and Child Protection
• Create a safe, happy, healthy, challenging and effective learning environment supporting the personal development and well-being of children
• Ability to work well as part of a team and make effective, positive contribution
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, caregivers, and team members.
• Foster positive relationships with children, promoting a sense of security and belonging.
• Have full and relevant qualifications for the position
The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK
