Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis for projects located in Beccles and Maldon. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled plumbers who are looking for immediate work, with the possibility of temp-to-perm or permanent employment for the right candidates.
You will be working on a variety of commercial sites, performing key plumbing tasks focused on copper pipework, hot and cold water systems, and drainage installations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial plumbing systems in accordance with project specifications
• Work with copper pipework, including soldering and press fittings
• Carry out installation of hot and cold water systems and drainage pipework
• Interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics
• Comply with all site health and safety requirements and regulations
• Collaborate effectively with other trades and site personnel
Essential Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card – Blue or Gold
• Asbestos Awareness certification (in-date)
• Proven experience working on commercial plumbing installations
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, installation standards, and best practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Desirable (but not essential):
• Additional industry-related qualifications
• Experience in large-scale commercial builds
• Full UK driving license
