Summary
Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Permanent)
Location: Knowsley, Merseyside
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £25,000 per annum starting salary
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & admin support when required
- Using web based systems to support customer enquiries
- Inputting and processing quotations on CRM
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience using web based platforms, Chat-Box or Lead Forensics would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided
This is a permanent position directly with our client.
