Summary
These vacancies are open to individuals who: Have never worked in Healthcare but are interested in a change of career, Have a genuine desire to work in a healthcare setting, Have previous work experience and can demonstrate transferable skills, Are able to commit to a full week of induction training at the start of employment, Are able to work flexibly across a range of shifts (days, nights and weekends) to meet the needs of our services, Are capable of successfully completing the mandatory Care Certificate training, Hold GSCE Maths and English grade C/4 or above (or a comparable international qualification) Or is capable of successfully completing Level 2 functional skills within 6 months.
