Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Leyton for an experienced Cook to join their team.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, with a particular focus on cooked breakfasts as well as other menu items. This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen where quality, consistency, and speed are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking breakfasts and other menu items to a high standard.
- Ensuring food is prepared safely and in line with hygiene regulations.
- Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Working as part of a small, friendly team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a cook or chef (essential).
- Ability to cook breakfasts confidently and efficiently.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Available to start asap
Shift and pay:
- £12.21 per hour
- 8am - 4pm on an ad-hoc basis
