Summary
Oversees sales staff on the shop floor and ensures their tasks are carried out effectively.
Plans and allocates staff shifts, making sure the shop is adequately staffed to achieve sales and productivity goals.
Works closely with management and other departments to sort out day-to-day operational challenges.
Identifies staffing or resource gaps and advises management on recruitment, training, or other requirements.
Provides support and direction to the team, helping them stay motivated and productive.
Keeps track of sales activities and operational performance, updating managers with regular reports and feedback.
