The Role:
As a project running Architect or Architectural Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects from concept through to completion. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading multidisciplinary project teams across various sectors.
- Producing high-quality architectural designs using Revit.
- Conducting site visits and acting as a key representative of the practice.
- Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Reviewing and coordinating technical documentation to ensure compliance and quality.
About You:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience running projects independently within a UK-based architectural practice.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- A degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- A solid background in commercial sector projects.
- At least 2 years of UK-based experience in a similar architectural role.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
