Summary

Paediatric Homecare Nurse
£32,960 - pro rata
Part time - Permanent - 32 hours per week
Slough - Berkshire

Meridian Business Support is supporting our award -winning client in their search for a Paediatric Homecare Nurse.

In this pivotal role, you will be visiting patients in a community setting to deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, TPN treatments and both intramuscular and sub cut injections whilst also training patients to administer their own medication.

- Venepuncture
- Cannulation
- CVC
- Port
- HPN

The focus is on clinical excellence, so you will be provided with all the support and flexibility you need to spend quality time with your patients and provide them with the best kind of 1-2-1 care. Although you will be working independently in the community, you will remain part of a wider nursing team.

This is a permanent position covering 32 hours per week with the requirement to drive to the patient's home.

The salary is £32,960 pro rata with outstanding benefits and a London living allowance if applicable.
