Summary
Experienced Mechanic Wanted – Join Our Growing Family Business
We are a fast-growing, family-run garage looking for an experienced mechanic to join our small and friendly team. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, supportive, and family-like atmosphere, where every member of the team plays an important role in our success.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturdays: optional 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (paid extra hours)
What we’re looking for:
A mechanic with several years of hands-on experience.
Ability to carry out quick, small repairs efficiently.
Skilled in clutch and gearbox repairs, engine and head rebuilds, timing belt/chain replacements.
Strong knowledge of MOT-related repairs – ability to identify MOT failures and perform the necessary work to bring vehicles back to standard.
MOT tester certification is a plus (but not required).
Someone who pays close attention to detail, has a professional appearance, and delivers excellent customer service.
