Do you thrive on helping others and staying organised? We’re looking for a proactive Repairs Hub Team Leader to manage the Repairs team.

The Repairs Hub Team Leader ensures excellent customer service within the responsive service area, managing customer interactions, operational performance, and resource allocation. The role focuses on efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement, while fostering strong relationships with customers, leaseholders, and external service providers. Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders is key to delivering high-quality service.

You will lead a team delivering: responsive repairs call handling; accurate
technical diagnosis and advice; responsive scheduling, an out of hours service and an administrative function. This will support the delivery of an effective first point of contact service and ensure our trade colleagues’ time is being utilised as efficiently as possible.
