Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate all sales operations across retail and wholesale channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retail partners, and B2B clients
- Oversee product range selection, procurement, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Analyse sales data, manage budgets, set sales targets, and prepare performance/KPI reports
- Lead, train, and motivate retail and wholesale sales teams to achieve growth targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail and/or wholesale management
- Strong team leadership and business relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and general computer skills
- Knowledge of inventory and order management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Japanese or Korean language skills strongly preferred
