Summary
Fawkes and Reece are working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor who, due to a strong pipeline of projects, are looking to appoint a Senior Building Services Manager. Following a recent meeting with their Head of Building Services, it is clear the business is entering a busy period and requires additional expertise to support the delivery of upcoming schemes.
This position will see you take responsibility for two high-profile projects in Central London, one a commercial build and the other a residential scheme. For the initial PSCA period you will be based in the company's London office before moving onto site once construction is underway.
The role offers a salary in the region of £85,000 to £95,000 together with a full package that includes car allowance, travel expenses and the usual corporate benefits.
