Summary
Fawkes and Reece are looking for a highly experienced Site Manager within the new build housing industry.
Client: This is working for a leading house builder within the construction industry. This is working towards NHBC and LABC standards.
Job Role Description:
This is working as a Site Manager, helping lead the site towards CML'S and houses ready for handovers. This is a freelance opportunity, working 9 hours a day. This will be overseeing day-to-day operations of residential new build developments. The role will be responsible for ensuring all homes are built on time, within budget, and to NHBC standards.
