Summary
A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to support a major Financial Crime Transformation programme. This role requires a seasoned PMO professional with strong fundamentals, capable of leading multiple workstreams and driving governance, risk, financials, and reporting across a complex portfolio.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale transformation programmes, within financial services, and will be responsible for ensuring consistent and effective programme delivery aligned to group standards.
Contract Length: 6 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London
Hybrid: 2-3 Days Onsite
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a PMO Manager / Lead within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge (7 years) of governance, risk management, financial tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple workstreams across a complex portfolio.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership.
- Extensive experience in financial services, ideally investment banking.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
