The role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Lawyer to join the legal team. In this role, you will handle a broad range of property-related legal matters, including commercial and residential conveyancing, leasing, land development, and real estate disputes.



Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for property transactions
Advise clients on property law matters, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development
Conduct due diligence and title investigations
Represent clients in property-related disputes and liaise with external counsel where necessary
Ensure compliance with all applicable property laws, regulations, and professional standards
Work collaboratively with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders



What the client is looking for:

Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a current practicing certificate
Proven experience in property law, ideally with exposure to both commercial and residential transactions
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Effective communication and client management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
