Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a Storeman to join our team at London Underground. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within the London Underground (LUL) environment, bringing knowledge of safety protocols and operational procedures. This role will be from Sunday - Thursday, 2200 - 0600 (8 hours paid a night). This will be a physical role, you will move materials and tools so must be physically fit to carry out the work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and organise inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and stock levels.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for scheduled maintenance and repair activities.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in line with London Underground standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within the London Underground (LUL) environment is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to operate stock management systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must have a full UK driving license (Automatic licenses are not accepted)

Desirable:

  • Possession of a BTA (Basic Track Awareness) ticket.
