Summary

Procurement Analyst

Location: Upminster / Hybrid

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 3 months

Salary: Up to £28,517 pro rata

Are you detail-driven, organised, and passionate about making supply chains smarter, safer, and more sustainable?


We're looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our Supply Chain team and help us manage and develop our supplier network while ensuring compliance, minimising risk, and driving best practice.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring accurate segmentation, client controls, and records.
  • Upload supplier price books and rate cards to minimise invoice issues.
  • Support subcontractor consolidation, matrix management, and spend analysis.
  • Assist with projects, initiatives, and audits across the Supply Chain department and wider business.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C, including English & Maths) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn specialist software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, deadline-driven, and accurate in your work.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and professional representation at all times.
