Summary
Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 qualified – Up to £28,000
Are you a nurturing and motivated Nursery Practitioner with a passion for helping children thrive? What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification).
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Experience in a nursery, early years, or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
- First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all areas.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress to support their learning journey.
- Work closely with parents and carers to share updates on children’s development.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and inclusive environment, ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.
- Take part in team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement.
- Be a positive role model, promoting kindness, respect, inclusion, and cultural awareness.
