As part of a warm and inclusive nursery team, you’ll create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where every child is encouraged to explore, learn, and grow.

We’re looking for a qualified Early Years professional (Level 3 or equivalent) who can bring energy, creativity, and dedication to the role. If you love working with children and want to be part of a supportive setting where your skills and ideas are valued, this could be the perfect next step in your childcare career.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 in Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Experience in a nursery, early years, or childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
  • First Aid qualification (or willingness to complete training).
  • Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

What’s On Offer

  • Discounted childcare for your own family.
  • Wellbeing support programme to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Ongoing training and development to support career progression.
  • Access to a staff benefits portal with a range of discounts and perks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality childcare and learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development across all areas.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress to support their learning journey.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to share updates on children’s development.
  • Maintain a safe, hygienic, and inclusive environment, ensuring all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.
  • Take part in team meetings and training sessions to support continuous improvement.
  • Be a positive role model, promoting kindness, respect, inclusion, and cultural awareness.
