Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two new candidates to join our Technology Team as an IT Support Modern Apprentice. Within the Technology Team, you will assist and learn, including; how to set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and accessories for new users, learn to be the first point of contact for IT queries raised by staff via phone, email, or service desk tools and learn to be the first point of contact for IT queries raised by staff via phone, email, or service desk tools.

The successful applicants will be between the age of 16- 19 (or a 2025 official summer leaver) and required to undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in IT Support, SCQF 6 qualification along with other relevant training.

This opportunity is funded through the Modern Apprenticeship scheme and candidates between 20-29 years old may be eligible for enhanced funding if you have a disability or are care experienced.
