- and right now we are looking to recruit for a Front of House Team Leader to join our team.
In this role you will lead your team to welcome all visitors to the facility in a warm and helpful manner reflecting the trust’s image and to actively encourage that image by presenting a customer orientated philosophy to all users of the facility. You will take bookings for the use of facilities by members of the public, both in person and over the phone
- correctly entering bookings in the diary and our booking system, as well as operating at Front of House and accounting correctly for cash and stock. Also to replenish stock in reception and make sure the area is clean and tidy.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities and free gym membership.

Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.

About you

You will have experience of leading a team, as well as similar experience and be a passionate and enthusiastic individual who like the members of staff at Water Meadows, pride and strive to give the best service possible for those who visit the centre and go the extra mile for customers when required.
