Summary
We are seeking a Room leader for the toddler room. Please only apply if you have a minimum level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification as well as previous experience as a room lead or nursery practitioner.
Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adhere to the health and safety of all children in the room.
Ensure the room is well managed and children's development is supported accordingly by working to the EYFS standards.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
Skills
Strong knowledge of EYFS
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
