The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for the leadership, management, and continuous development of the Trust’s Learning Management System (LMS), which is central to delivering high-quality, accessible, and compliant training for all staff. Following the successful implementation of a new LMS platform, this role is pivotal in leading the development and implementation of digital learning strategies and solutions, embedding the system and ensuring effective, and optimally used across the organisation. It will also ensure that digital learning initiatives align with the Trust's strategic goals and enhance the learning experience for all staff.
This role will lead the team responsible for running and maintaining the LMS, ensuring it supports onboarding, mandatory training compliance, statutory learning, professional development, and talent and performance management. The postholder will work closely with subject matter experts (SME’s) and internal stakeholders—including clinical education, workforce, digital services, Doctors education and operational teams—to ensure the system meets the evolving needs of the Trust and our workforce.
