This role is perfect for a proactive and people-centric individual who thrives on delivering high-touch service, building relationships, and ensuring every colleague and guest encounter is seamless, friendly, and professional.

Job Description

As the Go To Executive, you’ll act as the face of the client, providing front-line support and floor management to enhance the overall workplace experience.



ou'll serve as a key contact for colleagues and visitors, deliver first-line technical support, coordinate hospitality, and proactively identify and address quality issues across office environments.



This is a high-visibility role that requires charm, energy, and a genuine commitment to putting people first.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service with a fun, professional, and approachable demeanour.
Act as a key liaison across all service streams, supporting a ‘one team’ culture.
Facilitate engaging tours for new employees and visitors, showcasing the campus/buildings.
Monitor floor quality, raise service tickets, and ensure the workspace is safe and presentable.
Provide first-line IT/tech support (e.g., reboots, connection checks) with clear handoff to tech support.
Support hospitality services by coordinating bookings and assisting with event deliveries.
Be First Aid and Fire Marshall trained (or willing to be trained).

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Customer service experience, ideally supporting Blue Chip or High Touch clients.
Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated excellence in delivering premium customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technology tools.
Familiarity with property management or room booking systems (e.g., Condeco).
First Aid and Fire Marshal certification (advantageous).
