Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Accounts Assistant / Office Administrator to support our finance team and keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support purchase ledger (Processing purchase orders, invoices, and reconciling supplier statements).
- Processing bank payments & make over phone payments.
- Assist with payroll preparation.
- General office administration.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with suppliers professionally.
- Support senior finance staff as required.
Requirements:
- Desirable experience in an accounts or admin role.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting software (Xero).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Location & Hours:
- Based at our Head Office in South Wales – Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm.
