About the Role
As Community Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire and develop a team of dedicated support staff.
Oversee high-quality care and support services for adults with learning disabilities.
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and uphold best practice in social care.
Work closely with families, professionals, and the wider community to deliver person-centred support.
Drive continuous improvement, ensuring staff are motivated, trained and supported.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has proven management experience in social care, ideally within learning disabilities services.
Holds (or is working towards) an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
Is passionate about empowering people and promoting independence.
Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Is committed to delivering outstanding care and support.
