We’re looking for a proactive and driven Client Promoter & Relationship Builder with in-depth marketing skills to find targeted clients to help boost our outreach and connect us with the right people - particularly within facilities and maintenance departments – hospitals, schools, colleges, corporate buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and create high-quality, targeted contact lists of facilities and maintenance managers - including direct names, emails, and phone numbers - through online research, directories, LinkedIn, or other data tools. Prior experience doing this is essential, or you must demonstrate the ability to do it accurately and efficiently. We require results on an ongoing basis as is the norm.
• Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce and promote our services.
• Build genuine relationships by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date records of outreach activity and client interactions.
• Follow up consistently with leads to ensure excellent service and progress toward sales goals.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proven ability to research and extract accurate B2B contact data.
• Comfortable initiating contact and managing client conversations.
• Previous experience in business development, telesales, or outreach is preferred.
• Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently.
• Effective, meaningful client communication, is the expected norm.
