Summary

Our client is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of project plans, ensuring the timely liquidation of assets according to agreed deadlines. This individual will report directly to our senior leadership team and play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction by acting as a primary point of contact for our clients. The Project Manager will work to identify and resolve areas of dissatisfaction, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
In addition to client-facing responsibilities, the Project Manager will support Account Leaders with various administrative tasks, including data collection, scheduling, and meeting documentation. The role also involves assisting with logistics.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects through completion
Effectively build customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
Coordinate resources available to ensure project success
Ensure client expectations and deadlines are met
Support other Project managers on specific activity including absence cover
Support Account Leaders with generating client data, presentation materials, and general admin work
Working in close partnership with all departments, particularly Logistics, Sales, and Finance
Develop and maintain project records and documentation
Manage and coordinate logistics activity
Demonstrate tenacity in work activities
Requirements:
Be Self-motivated and flexible.
Excellent planning, organizing and networking skills.
Enthusiastic, highly driven, able to cope under pressure and able to meet targets.
Excellent commercial acumen.
A natural communicator who has excellent negotiation, presentation, persuasive and interpersonal skills
Multilingual- Preferably French speaking (Desirable)
Solid IT skills and the ability to learn and support new system implementation or changes.
Compensation and Benefits:
Full-time, permanent role with stability.
30 days paid holiday allowance, increasing to 38 days over time.
5% employer contribution to the workplace pension scheme.

Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working hours.
