Summary
What you'll be doing: Lead the hospital in line with Active Care Group’s values, ensuring outstanding patient experience and safety. Maintain compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements. Drive service quality, financial performance, and bed occupancy. Work collaboratively with local authorities, NHS commissioners, and other partners. Provide clear leadership to multidisciplinary teams, supporting a positive, inclusive culture. Ensure robust governance, safeguarding, and health and safety procedures are in place. What you'll have: Experience in a senior management role in a CAMHS or related healthcare setting. A strong understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and safeguarding frameworks. Demonstrable leadership skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and drive service improvement. Knowledge of regulatory bodies and governance within health and social care. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
