We are seeking a Practice Nurse with experience in a general practice setting to join our friendly and supportive clinical team. We welcome applications from candidates with secondary care or community nursing experience as well. As a key member of our Nursing Team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care, managing on-the-day consultations and supporting patients with a wide range of minor illnesses and long-term conditions. You will carry out thorough assessments, deliver treatment and interventions, and proactively help to reduce delays in patient care. This position will involve working arrangements across Embrace Medical Centre and Martlesham Heath Surgery. As part of our joint partnership, both practices are operated by the same GP Partners and Management Team. The surgeries are located approximately 2 miles apart (around a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic), ensuring close collaboration and easy access between sites.
