Summary

We are recruiting for a Security Compliance & Document Control Officer to work on our prestigious contract at Hinkley Point C in Somerset.

Location: Bridgwater
Hours: 40 hours per week - Mon - Fri (08:00 - 17:00)
Pay rate: £17.54 - £19.30 per hour depending on experience (£36,583.45 -
£40,254.32 per annum, hourly paid)

The Security Compliance & Document Control Officer role provides support to the Security Specialist Support Team (Assurance, Investigations, Vetting, Intelligence & Compliance).

The role works directly with the Security Compliance and Regulatory Interface Manager on ensuring the efficient management and organisation of documents within the organisation, ensuring integrity, accessibility, and compliance of critical records.

The role will be responsible for filing of electronically stored documentation produced by the team and will be considered the subject matter expert on the Company's document control systems. The post is multi-disciplinary, providing administration support to our security investigation team. You will
champion the use of the Project's Learning & Development system and assist with ensuring compliance of closing security related actions.

The role may take taskings from both the G4S Team and the Client team.

Your Time at Work
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support to the Security Team through Learning and Improvement
processes and document control.
- Assist the Security Team by utilising the Project reporting and documenting tools such as
Insight and Teamcenter
- Assist the security team in the triage of security-related incidents using the HPC Learning &
Development system;
- Coordinate and integrate the various security team risk registers and associated
documentation;
- Support the Security Enquiries Lead and maintain a level of service to cover periods of
absence;
- Assist in the administration of information gathering for security-related incidents across the
HPC project.
- Administrative support for engagement with the Office for Nuclear Regulation. Assist on the
collation and sharing of security documentation for regulatory meetings.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be IT Literate
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows

Specific Occupational Requirements:
- Ability to pass and hold National Security Clearance Vetting
- Produce a five-year verifiable work history

Preferred Experience:
- A background in document control
