Summary
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to lead our mental health services. If you’re a strong leader with a proven track record in service development and compliance, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and motivating a dedicated team
Driving high-quality, person-centred care
Managing budgets and ensuring services run effectively
Building strong links with commissioners, partners, and stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Delivering continuous improvement and service growth
What we’re looking for:
Experienced leader in mental health or related services
Strong knowledge of sector regulations and quality standards
Excellent people management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver results
Level 5 management diploma (or equivalent)
Background in mental health services (forensic experience a bonus)
