We are looking to recruit a Band3School Health Assistantfor 26hours per week, working term time only, 39 weeks per yearto ourcompassionate and supportiveteamin Bracknell.You will need to be motivated, innovative and looking to further develop your knowledge and skills within the NHS. We will ensure you receive devoted, effective support from both your manager and colleagues within your team.


This is an exciting opportunity to work within theBracknell SchoolNursing team to deliver the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP) to children in Reception year and Year 6. You will require excellentorganisationalskills, the ability to work in partnership with other teams and agencies, along withgreatcommunicationand a passion for working with children and familieswhilst being able to adapt to continuing change.


Work base:The Rowans Children’s Centre,PondmoorRoad, Bracknell, RG127JZ  


Hours:26hours per week to be worked flexibly over4 or 5 daysterm time only


Parking:Staff parking is available on site free of charge.







• Deliver the National Child Measurement Programme(NCMP) for children in Year R and Year 6

• Co-ordinate the delivery timetable of all commissioned schools

• Input collected data onto the NCMP database

• Contribute to developing,reviewingand improving the service delivery of the NCMP

• Undertake hearing tests and make referrals toPaediatricAudiology

• Provide administrative support to the school nursing team whenrequired
