Summary
Capalex are a manufacturer of extruded aluminium parts. We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Clerk to work in our Packing and Dispatch Department.
Reporting to the Packing and Dispatch Manager the Dispatch Clerk is responsible for the administration of goods dispatches to our customers (both in the UK and overseas). This is a pivotal role in the business for which full training will be given.
The role requires great organisational skills, an eye for detail and the ability to work at pace. The successful applicant will work directly with a number of hauliers and couriers to ensure that daily collections/deliveries are organised in a timely manner. The role also involves liaising with our customers regarding deliveries and shipping, ensuring that paperwork is produced that allows a seamless process for both UK and overseas customers.
Other training will be made available post the probation period (Fork Lift Truck licence, First Aid at Work etc.).
General working hours are 7AM - 4:30PM daily (with a 30 minute break), we operate a 36 hour/4 day week Monday - Thursday.
The company operates a generous pension scheme(when qualified) and a non contractual profit share scheme.
