We're recruiting Young Person's Support Workers in Hayes. The service is focussed on helping each individual achieve their goals, improve their skills and grow their confidence.     As a Support Worker, you must:

    • Be over the age of 18 to apply
    • Have the right to work in the UK.
    • Be a UK resident, we are unable to offer sp0ns0rship.
    • Have 12 months prior experience working as a children's/young person's support worker.
    • Have excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
    • Be able to build a strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
    • Have a genuine passion working in the healthcare sector

      The duties of a Young Person's Support Worker include assisting with daily activities, helping with those with challenging behaviours, promoting independence and a sense of well-being among service users.
