Summary
To lead and manage the Theatres, Anaesthetics and Pre op Speciality Business Unit (SBU) ensuring the best use of available resources to provide efficient and effective delivery of all services in line with best practice, quality standards and performance targets. Work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to ensure efficient and effective management of services. To develop a culture that encourages the use of initiative, individual and team responsibility and open communications. To provide effective line management. To effectively manage the Specialty Business Units budget and finance.
