Summary
You will be responsible for dietetic assessment, treatment planning and goal orientated interventions to adults referred to the service Participate in multi-professional working Maintain record keeping in line with profession and trust guidance Be responsible for own clinical professional development and HCPC registration Participate in mandatory training as required by the Trust Actively participate in regular clinical supervision Act as a resource on nutritional care to other colleagues Opportunity to contribute to audits and service improvement projects
