Summary
To be responsible for maintaining the Health Records Library and transit area in good order by moving notes or tidying case note shelving under instruction from the relevant Team Leader or Manager. To be responsible for pulling case notes for clinic, admissions and audit and request lists and following requests by telephone, tracking records to the appropriate location and completing the appropriate log sheets. To be the first point of contact for missing notes, tracked to the Health Records Library, on the day or the day prior to a patients attendance, escalating any problems immediately to the Library Supervisor / Team Leader.
