Crynodeb
Support worker - for a young person with disabilities - Your role will be work within the family home supporting with personal care tasks which include; washing, dressing, bathing, continence care, meal preparation and meeting the holistic needs of the young person.
You will be expected to take the young person out into the community to access local services.
You will work as part of a team with other staff and parent.
We welcome applications from trainee and qualified staff in order to gain knowledge, skills, and experience in working with children with specialist needs
This is a highly rewarding Job
The hours are 12 per week Monday and Thursday 2-8pm but there is opportunity to do extra hours in the school holidays
