Summary

CanolfanPadarn is a resource base for adults with learning disabilities, situated in Aberystwyth.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to support service users to access community facilities, progress with independent living skills, enabling them to reach their life goals using a person-centered approach.

You must be a driver and be willing to drive social transport vehicles. Training and regular supervision will be provided.

A flexible approach to evening and weekend work is required.
