To provide an efficient and effective receptionist / administrative support Service within the Homeless Health Exchange (which is a specialist GP practice for homeless people.) To assist the Team administrator with administrative and secretarial duties. To cover reception, provide administrative support to the team

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the provision of an established administrative and secretarial service within the homeless health exchange. The post holder will also be responsible for supporting the team of professionals i.e. GP’s and nurses engaged in providing treatment to homeless people.

Reliable data entry into the EMIS computer system will be required ensuring a full & effective clinical system is in operation, secretarial duties i.e. typing of referral letters etc., receiving all visitors, Staff & Patients & telephone calls in a polite, friendly & courteous manner.
