Summary
Plan and lead daily recreational and therapeutic activities (e.g. arts & crafts, music, games, exercise, outings).
Encourage resident participation, adapting activities to suit varying needs and preferences.
Assist with setting up and tidying activity areas.
Collaborate with care staff and families to support individual care plans.
Record and report residents' engagement and feedback.
Upbeat, compassionate, and patient.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and able to motivate others.
Organised and reliable.
