Summary
Are you an experienced Internal Recruiter / Resourcer currently seeking an exciting new permanent job with excellent opportunities to develop? Your duties as Internal Recruiter will include:
* Supporting the Head of HR with recruitment for the UK
* Liaising with Recruiting Managers
* Advertising vacancies on job boards
* Screening applications
* Arranging and conducting interviews
* Onboarding new recruits
* Assisting with any other HR admin duties as required supporting a small busy HR team
You will have:
* Previous recruitment experience
* Exceptional communication skills
* The ability to use own initiative and make decisions
In addition, you will be approachable, adaptable, flexible and organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and the desire to develop further.
