Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, adhering to food safety standards
Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members
