Summary
We are looking for an organised and friendly Office Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our team and support the smooth running of our office and supplier operations.
Key requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good computer and administrative skills (emails, Excel, filing)
Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
Confident and professional when speaking to people over the phone
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming visitors to the office
Calling and following up with suppliers (orders, payments, deliveries)
Welcoming suppliers during their occasional visits (5–6 times per month)
Assisting with paperwork, filing, and record keeping (invoices, compliance, payroll support)
Supporting management with day-to-day tasks such as order processing, stock records, and general office duties
