As a team we are hardworking and conscientious in our approach, striving to provide the best service for the residents of Buckinghamshire open to the Community Mental Health Team. We work closely with our mental health colleagues undertaking joint visits for a holistic approach in meeting the social care and mental health needs of individuals we are working with. The team are supported by a strong and compassionate management team with regular supervision, reviews of workload, and opportunities for two-way feedback and appraisals.
