We're looking for a caring, patient and enthusiastic Autism Support TA to join a welcoming school in Rochdale.
About the Role:
Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in the classroom
Provide 1:1 and small group support
Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs ✏️
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and parents to ensure the best outcomes
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with autism (essential) ✅
A calm, understanding and flexible approach ️
Strong communication and teamwork skills ️
A genuine passion for supporting SEN pupils
Details:
Location: Rochdale
Pay: £102 per day
Hours: Mon-Fri, term-time only
Start: ASAP
Contract: Ongoing with potential to go permanent
